I know this ATV park that used to be managed differently. Basically, all you had to do was sign a waver with a mining company promising not to sue them and you could do whatever you want. More recently, its been taken over by a management company and there have been lots of improvements but the one huge downside is... No BEER! Yes, there are workers checking coolers before you can go up the mountain. Now I don't even drink so you would easily imagine this would not affect me at all. But... When I visited before, under the old management... when the whole place was "under the influence", there were always people doing bizarre shit in the mud, just playing, and diving in etc. Now, I am the only one!
