DallE pulls from thousands of images to create something more or less original. In the last 3 or 4 days, I generated 95 images. Basically you just give it a prompt that says "Create an image of a..." And about half the time you get something useful. But you will end up rewording the prompt a lot, and even then, it can be difficult to get something very specific. To do this, you have to launch the Edge browser, then click on the Bing icon. Then a window will open where you can type the prompt. Give it a try. Even with the difficulty, you will be impressed which what it can do.
