Just looked it up and the movie is called "for the Love of Willadean". It was made in 1964 and stars Billy Mummy, who Disney cast in several of his movies. He gets bucked off a horse and thrown into the mud and then repeatedly slips and falls down. You can actually view the clip of this particular scene. The movie was made in two parts for The Wonderful World of Disney. a popular tv show at the time that aired on Sunday nights.
